Product & Quality
What makes Rancho shirts different from traditional Western shirts?
Our Athletic Cowboy Fit combines Western tradition with modern performance. We use 4-way stretch fabric (95% polyester, 5% spandex) that moves with you, moisture-wicking technology to keep you dry, and reinforced stress points for durability. Every shirt is tested by working cowboys in real ranch conditions.
Will these shirts hold up to real ranch work?
Absolutely. Every shirt goes through rigorous testing: lab tests for tensile strength and abrasion resistance, in-house simulated stress tests, and 30–60 day trials with ropers and ranch hands. We use double-needle chain stitching, bar-tacks at stress points, and high-tenacity thread. If it doesn’t pass all stages, it doesn’t leave our hands.
How do I care for my Rancho shirt?
Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Our fabric is wrinkle-resistant and colorfast, so it stays sharp wash after wash. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Iron on low if needed, but most customers find they don’t need to.
Are these shirts colorfast?
Yes. Our fabric is engineered to resist fading. Customers report shirts looking sharp even after 50+ washes.
Sizing & Fit
How does the Athletic Cowboy Fit compare to traditional Western shirts?
Our fit is trim through the body with extra room in shoulders, chest, and arms. It has a clean V-shape that stays tucked and avoids the boxiness of traditional Western shirts in larger sizes. I’m between sizes. Should I size up or down?
If you prefer a looser fit or plan to layer, size up. For a trimmer look, size down. Our stretch fabric is forgiving, so most customers find their true size works perfectly.
Do these shirts run true to size?
Yes, they run true to size based on our Athletic Cowboy Fit sizing chart. If you typically wear traditional Western shirts, note that our fit has more room in shoulders and chest but is trimmer through the waist.
What if the fit isn’t right?
We have a 30-day no-BS return policy. If the fit isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 5–7 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the continental U.S.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping on all orders over $150.
What’s your return policy?
30-day no-BS return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days for a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. We only accept returns for defects on worn items.
Can I exchange for a different size?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We never store your full credit card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately at info@ranchowearco.com or (863) 359-3382. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. We work with Western retailers, feed stores, and ranch supply shops. Contact us at info@ranchowearco.com for wholesale inquiries.

We work with trusted suppliers who share our commitment to quality and durability. Every shirt is tested in real ranch conditions before it reaches you.
What’s coming next from Rancho?
Hats are launching soon, and we’re developing lightweight outerwear for fall. Long-term, we’re building a full Western apparel line including denim and boots. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know.
Do you have a physical store?
Not yet. We’re direct-to-consumer through our website, but we’re exploring retail partnerships in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, New Mexico, and Arizona.
